Marissa kicked my class of 2024 senior session season off with a BANG! 

First and foremost... I could rave about Marissa's hair ALLLL DAYYY LONGGG. She has the most beautiful long, blonde hair. For senior portraits, especially in the water, her hair looked gorgeous in every shot! 

We met at Raystown Lake for the first half of Marissa's senior session. We chose the area around Seven Points for its flowers, access to the water and all of the fun little sites it has to offer in the summer time. 

We started at the Visitor's Center and their pollinator garden. I love how there is always a plethora of plants in the rain garden that are blooming. Marissa was so lucky to get beautiful sunlight the whole time during her session! 

From the visitor's center, we found ourselves near the Seven Points Beach for a few images at the walking trail and tunnel. Then we made our way to Bay Drive, where we spent the remainder of Marissa's first session. There were so many fun spots that we scoped out and captured images at--but my favorites are the ones of her on the dock with her feet in the water. I just love how peaceful the water looked and how it gave Marissa a care free and fun summer vibe. 

Lastly, we somehow timed it perfectly to get the sun going down around the lake. Marissa even saw a few turkeys while we were capturing these final golden hour images. 

It sure was a fun session on a great summer evening! 

Marissa, I am looking forward to your second senior session and to see you at the next model team photoshoot!
