Anddddddd….. it’s time to talk about Alyssa!
First off, what doesn’t this girl do?! She is an active 4-H member on local and state levels, an animal lover, member of the Tussey Mountain Marching Band, Concert Band, Chorus, Musical cast, is Huntingdon County Fair Queen and so much more! I’m not sure how she has time to do everything that she does, but she rocks it all!
Alyssa wanted the first half of her senior portraits at Trough Creek State Park. In full transparency, Trough Creek State Park is a difficult location for photographers because of the tree canopy diminishing light and all of the bold colors… but I like a good challenge. We captured her portraits with all of the fall color and I am still amazed by how they turned out! I love the cozy, but also enchanted feel of the woods. Alyssa switched from a fun fall outfit to a beautiful dress fit for a queen! (Like she is!)
The second half of her session was held at her family’s home where her animals are housed! We had her horse and her donkey, Festus! (Not sure on the spelling). Any of you who have followed my photography know that I LOVE a furry friend in senior portraits! We had so much fun with the animals and capturing the absolutely BEAUTIFUL sunset that went along with it!
Alyssa is a ray of sunshine everywhere she goes and truly is a sweet, authentic young lady. Her kindness shows through in all her images and I am so excited to see where she goes next!
Thank you Alyssa for being a role model for many younger students and always smiling! I hope you love your images from your senior session! Enjoy the rest of your senior year at the Tussey Mountain High School!
